So what is the most painful or agonising one hour of your life?

For me it was definitely the one hour bus ride from the city to the airport back in 2014 when I had severe stomach cramps, probably from drinking some bad milk that morning. I had to use all my physical and emotional strength to avoid shitting myself on the bus. Thinking back it was easily the most painful 1 hour of my life.

At various points throughout the 1 hour ride I seriously considered giving up. I was thinking what's the worst that'll happen if I spray diarrhoea all over the bus? I'll be extremely humiliated but that's about it.....

I don't know how but I did make eventually make it to the airport. For the rest of the day I felt really tired because it really took an enormous amount of energy to hold it in during that one hour bus ride.
