I just feel like my attention span level has become so slow. I'm barely able to focus on something because I'm use to constant stimulation. From binge watching to scrolling on social media. It also seems to have a big impact on feeling or emotions. You feel highs and lows . Like when I'm not using phone, it makes me feel so bad about myself and I just start interacting with my own thoughts like why the hell am I wasting time on stupid stuff when I have important things to be taken care of. Maybe I could use the time to learn a skill that could help me make more money. Maybe I should just do some exercise and start networking with actually people than social media. No wonder why I have social anxiety and seem to lack confidence. I'm not even feeling fully aware and conscious about the time. Maybe social media companies are making their money while I'm feeling broke.
