Why do I feel extremely disassociated when I sleep in/ sleep for a long period of time?

I usually wake up at 6 am, if I sleep in til like 10 I will always feel like I'm dreaming or something all day. Like I can never snap out of it even though I know I'm awake. Sometimes it's even kinda scary like nothing feels real. I know all about disassociative disorder but this ONLY happens if I sleep for like 12 hours at a time
