How much would a full mouth extraction + Dentures cost?

Without too much information about myself, I had anxiety and depression, struggled to care about myself and now my teeth are disenigrating and my gums are starting to hurt.
How much would a full mouth extraction ( Any extra costs to put one asleep during the procedure), and dentures cost?
Another question: is there ways to pay these dental bills slowly rather than all at once?
