What questions do you get asked in a job interview for a HR position?
Post Body

I'm curious because HR doesn't strike me as a job that requires some sort of expertise. In my own country (Korea) they usually just pick a candidate from a good school who has somewhat relevant experience. But even then, the interview questions are a bit vague.

How do you assess whether or not someone will be good at their job in HR?
