Is high blood pressure when you’re young, a pretty easy fix if you put in the work to lower it?

I’ve been thinking about this as like a year or 2 endeavor, or even a lifelong curse. Hopefully I’m wrong about that?

I’m 22, and this high BP is fairly recent. I literally ate fried empanadas every day for a month…I know, shameful.

I am not asking for medical advice, rather for common-ish knowledge on health and fitness
