I'm 23M. I can experience arousal from porn, which makes me think I'm straight. But that arousal is superficial, and I largely end up turning it off after 10 seconds and imagining a scene involving a deep emotional connection.

I can be sexually attracted to women I've never spoken to before, but again, it's pretty underwhelming, not enough to where I'd be interested in having sex or even kissing them.

So it seems I have far less interest in women than my straight friends talking about how nice the waitress's butt is.

But it isn't just a low sex drive because I have become ridiculously attracted to women I was in deep relationships with, maybe after a few months of dating, like just wanting to rip her clothes off all the time.

So it's like I have some amount of heterosexuality, which I define as intrinsic attraction to women's bodies, but most of my sexual attraction stems from our emotional connection.

Of course, I've also heard people say demi isn't even a thing and that the concept applies to everyone. But this does seem pretty extreme when I hear everyone else talking about one night stands, sex on the 3rd date, etc.

ETA: I've also experienced brief "crushes" on men, but never any sexual attraction. This happens rarely and is always far less significant than "crushes" I have experienced toward women.
