Why do men call me mommy? Can someone help me understand what they're looking for/hoping for from me?

Recently, I've been getting more and more men calling me mommy. I'm not a not a mom yet (31f). I'm curious what these men may actually be looking for when calling me mommy..are they suggesting they like to submit? Being cutesy? Anyone willing to give me some insight 🙂
