Why do I “lose my tired” after the sun goes down?

Just a simple question today folks, so I’ll keep it short. No matter how tired I am or how early I get up, as soon as it’s actually time to sleep the tiredness goes away. I don’t necessarily get more energy or more awake, I’m just not the same tired.

I went to bed at 3am last night and got up at 7:30am. I’ve spent all day struggling to stay awake. What energy I did have I used to exercise and study. Now that I’m going to bed I’m not tired.
