People are filling out hundreds of applications to maybe, hopefully land a job. Companies are expecting you to have a solid cover letter, be way overqualified, and give them a 10 min pitch on why they’re the company you want to work for.
What the hell happened to the days you submitted your resume and called the next day for an update?
