Why do kids and animals like to be around me?

M21, kids and animals always like to be around me, dogs like to sniff me and play with me, even I went to a cat cafe with my uncle and a friend of his, I went to the cat couch, and cats go close to me.

I went to a mosque to talk with some friends and a kid grabbed my leg like a monkey lol. 🤣

I also went to the gym in my building, and a girl that was like 4 years old was staring at me while I was doing exercise, this things happen constantly, even babies stare at me, I don't know why this happens to me lol.
