I had this dream where there was both me and my younger sister, and we were both in this spaceship being invaded by aliens.

The leader alien walked up to me, and told me that I had two options. I could either give myself up, and my sister would live, or I give them my sister to save my own life.

I decided to give them my sister. She started screaming and crying as they began to take her away, and that was when I finally woke up.

It took me a moment to gather my thoughts after everything I had just witnessed in the dream, and when I did, I just started crying.

Yeah, I know that it wasn’t real, and it’s likely that nothing like that will ever happen, but it just felt so real. The floor I was standing on, my sister’s voice, it all just felt like I was really there.

I just want to put it behind me, and forget about it. I know I would never do something that cowardly, but I’m tired of having to remind myself that it wasn’t real.
