How do I stop my sibling from being an underachiever?
Post Body

I know vent type posts are not allowed here, so I will leave this as un-ranty as I can.

I have a underachieving sibling, he has fallen short of many of the milestones of proper maturity into adulthood, buckles under any sort of pressure, has no realistic life goals after college (he is a junior), and is starting to become a worrisome factor in my family's life, and I want to help.

For the past few years I have decided to sit back and act as an example, pursuing a career, taking charge of my life and moving far away, but it is becoming apparent this is not enough for him, and living a great distance away makes this all the more aggravating.

I love him dearly, I know with a push in the right direction he will go on to do amazing things, but I know that if someone doesn't act now things will get very difficult fast.
