So I recently had my 22nd birthday party over the weekend…great time. I invited to people I knew, and they both said yes ill be there I still have the text saying they will be there. So after multiple reminders of the party through text, the day before the party took place they had texted me and said unfortunately we’re boarding a flight so we wont be able to make it. Im lowkey hurt by this, and I wanna say something to them but idk what to say I guess, or should I just let it be? Like why lie to my face? Or at the very least tell me not a day before. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. If faced with said situation, how would your reaction be and response?
