Does agoraphobia get better with time?
Post Body

I'm 25 turning 26 soon and yeah it just keeps getting worse. Dubai chocolates are viral on tiktok. I wanted them but it took about a week to get over driving into the city to get them.

The chocolatier's shop was packed even at 8pm. I parked and just sat in the car for close to an hour before going in hoping the crowd would settle down. It didn't. It grew, they had to make more chocolate, so I paid and just sat in my car until they were ready. I rushed home, and I genuinely felt less dizzy after taking a shower and lying down.

Idk. I don't like being this scared ALL THE TIME.
