Did I have heat stroke or heat exhaustion?
Post Body

I worked in a garage yesterday in 90 degree heat for 6 hours. I had the doors on both ends of the garage open and there is no AC. I tried to take breaks when possible but when I work on projects I want to just work and get them done. I got inside around 9pm and took a cold shower. I noticed a heat rash on my neck and chest. I normally always am cold and need to wear jackets when going places. When I went to the gas station to get gatorade the normally freezing gas station felt normal. My skin felt hot when I got home and needed to take another cold shower. I woke up around midnight and felt sick and had diarrhea and my urine was very foamy and yellow - normally it is not foamy or yellow.

I feel a little better today. I should have taken my temp yesterday but could not find my thermometer and no it is back to my normal low temperature of 97 degrees. I am not a doctor but I always keep my bedroom at 80 degrees and due to that and naturally having a lower body temp I think these things protected me from getting heat stroke. I think I had mild heat exhaustion with rash. The main concern I have is I have muscle twitches. Is this normal with mild heat exhaustion? I'm going to stay in the cool AC house today and keep working in the garage when it gets to below 80 degrees and will make sure to hydrate and take a break every 15 minutes.
