I hate public speaking with a passion. I had all my notes written down, I was confident in what I was going to say. But getting up Infront of a hundred people and talking, I made the biggest fool of myself and I'm soooo embarassed, all eyes were on me and I hear people whispering and judging. I started talking quickly, mumbling etc. Like Im 100% confident in my speech topic but just getting Infront of so many people, I stumble and look like I don't know anything. I know one colleague who is the gossip queen, she's spreads gossip like no tomorrow. How do I get over this? I will say that I'm at least 25 years younger that most of my colleagues.
