Is it weird I like leaving my gender to be ambiguous so much online?
Post Body
I go out of my way to keep my gender ambiguous, at least when my gender doesn't explicitly matter in the context of a conversation. Privacy is a part of that, but I honestly just kind of like it for what it is.
I've had conversations online with people that went on for a good 30-60 minutes where they assumed I was a certain gender.
Sometimes if someone says something that implies I'm a certain gender, I'll go out of my way to say "Assuming I am that gender".
