not gonna lie, it seems awfully ballsy for a new guy who has very little to no understanding of the job, 100% brand new to this career field and line of work, going out on a limb and saying yeaaa... "i dont think youre going to work on shift with so and so that much longer...... im going on shift with John, and then i think im going somewhere else after that" when there has been legitimately zero talk of anyone switching shifts at all?
and then was leaning over me while someone else was and was like "yeaa i think that should be a labeled a different color....." and then i explain to them both a very good reason for what i did, and they then both 100% agree. so again, new guy being ballsy enough to say that too. sure his input is valuable at some level but dont you also have to know how to read the room and know when to say something and when to not?
