If Bill Cosby died before the allegations, do you think he would still have his clean image?

I ask because it started around 2014, Cosby was only 76-77. That's fairly old. I mean Mr. Rogers died in February 2003, just one month before his 75th birthday.
I feel like he could've, but even some people dig dirt even after someone died. Look at Jimmy Savile. He had a clean image throughout his career but when he died, he was exposed as a fraud!
