Can anyone help give me a better routine/diet to do to lose weight correctly?

Day 39 Eating 650-700 Calories A Day. . . Not Knowing Anything.

For 39 days I been eating once a day (4/5pm) anything I can home make adding up to 700 calories or less and I came up with this on my own only knowing that google said ā€œtoo lose weight you must be in a calorie deficitā€ then I looked up what it meant and was frustrated thinking how am I gonna burn all these calories so that Iā€™m in a deficit. (When I first started I couldnā€™t do a mile so I would only walk a half mile 3/4 times a day burning roughly 4-5 hundred calories so I came up with okay Iā€™ll just find recipes on tik tok for dinners under 700 calories and started walking outside which helped me walk better than on the treadmill (sauna suit) now my routine for the 39 Days has been * (walk) 2 miles 6:30am, 1 mile 9am, 1 mile 2pm, last mile after dinner 4/5 pm. * (5km) 26 mins a mile Burning roughly 1k calories a day and been eating 600 calories drinking only water and Fresca some examples of dinner are (beef/broccoli) (Chickensouthwestbowl) (tacosalad) Also been taking Ozempic on my second pentype 2 diabetic {side note: I did not know wtf Ozempic was when my doctor offered it and prescribed it while waiting for my prescription to be ready at target I seen South Park had a new episode ā€œThe End Of Obesityā€ I love South Park and if you seen it you know they talk about Ozempic so that was hilarious}

/***Reason I posted this here***/ Today I felt like shit still did my 5 mile walk it was rough today rough meaning feeling nauseous each walk the entire time trying to focus on not throwing up and did good on keeping it down until dinner at 4:30pm today (groundturkeytacosalad) I love Nachos 3/4 bites I threw it up and from a person who used to be able to eat two large pizzas my dinner every day is the highlight of my day but after I threw up I have no appetite tried to force some food down but no luck and Iā€™m honestly so far gone idk what to do my doctors booked up and my appointment is not until august

Any and everyone I beg please give me some wisdom because Iā€™m honestly thinking on quitting I feel horrible and canā€™t sleep but Iā€™m too prideful to not try and do my morning 2 miles and there the most important miles of each day but I donā€™t wanna pass out while Iā€™m walking because ive thrown up all my dinner tonight and couldnt keep qny food down. i tried to be qs detailed as possible.

ps. im 29 388lbs havent weighed myself since i started(my scale maxes at 320 so i cant weight myself unless i go to doctor (they check my blood pressure and weight each time before i see the doctor)
