What’s the point of selling tattoo flash sheets?

Genuine question here. There’s a tattoo artist whose work I love. Only problem is is that they are on the other side of the country. However, they are selling flash sheets on their website. What’s the point of this? Are they available to buy so I can take it to a tattoo artist that’s closer to me and have them do it? Or is it just for hanging it up on a wall?
