How do frozen meals contain so much sodium, but still taste bland?
Post Body
The PF Chang’s chicken fried rice has like 1000mg of sodium but still tastes like nothing on my family’s palette. What is the science behind this? If you added this much sodium to something you cooked at home, you would definitely have over salted.
