Whether the car is the current year model or the next year model as long as it hasn’t had a owner yet and the miles are justified because of test drives i would like some information about when would be the best time to get a new car as my current one is 7yrs old, has 116k miles, has many swirl marks on its top sides especially the roof because i didn’t realize drive thru car wash(spinning brushes) suck for cleaning your car and swirl marks sadly only on the driver side because i didn’t know full wiper blades can scratch your windows.
