How do I create a pre-stamped envelope for foreign countries?

I cannot for the life of me figure this out. I want to send letters to the UK and Italy and also include a self-addressed pre-paid/stamped envelope. I live in the US, and I can buy USPS international stamps to get it there, but I don’t think including a pre-stamped envelope with USPS international stamps will work for getting the stuff back since obviously the other countries don’t have USPS. How do I create a pre-paid/stamped envelope that will work in European countries to get things back to me? TIA!
