What's the best way to replace a stolen hubcap for a car?

I am based in Houston, TX, USA and I drive a 2019 Subaru Impreza. For the first time, I had one hubcap stolen from my vehicle.
I was going to drive to a Subaru dealership to get it replaced, but someone in my family suggested that I could order the part off Amazon then visit a local mechanic to put it on so I do not need to spend so much.
Is this reasonable? What's the best way to go about this? I really do not know a lot about these things.
