TLDR: What do I replace my porn addiction/habit with? Specifically an activity that doesn't involve getting out of the house

I've been addicted to porn since I discovered it at 12. I am now 19. Its only gotten worse with time and today I paid for it. This is a new low for me. I've tried to overcome this addiction for years to no avail, and one of the things I learned while trying to overcome this addiction is that you aren't supposed to just resist, you're supposed to occupy yourself with something else. So... what am I supposed to occupy this time with? I usually watch porn at the end of the day, when I'm already tired so I can't really do any activities. People suggest exercising but I already do that, I've tried reading but i keep getting distracted while reading and I instead start to think about porn. I can't do something like doomscroll through an app like TikTok or Instagram because most apps are filled with things that are in reference to porn. So like what am I supposed to do? I need suggestions for things to do that dont involve me getting out of my house and don't require a ton of focus since I'm usually mentally exhausted by the end of the day.
