This post is mostly about green and mixed salads, not pasta, fruit or veggie salads.
Is there a secret or a hack to getting the best ratio of lettuce to dressing to toppings? Obviously its up to each person's preference so is a 'salad bar' kinda thing the simplest way?
I am wanting to bring more salads to work and I don't know how to pack them. Obviously keep the dressing separate so it doesn't get soggy. My boss shakes his tupperware, but I feel like I need a huge tupperware to have enough space/air to mix it all. Maybe that way needs a thinner dressing?
Open to any and all tips! I'm late 20s realizing that maybe I DO like salad lol
