I watch a lot of DIY stuff and on Facebook I'll always see these videos of fixing things with "hacks" that are just silly. Like 1 out of every 5 will seem legit and somewhat useful, though. So I get a little confused if they are 100% serious. I also noticed they are often times not based in the U.S. mainly due to plumbing and electrical standards differences. Are these normal "fixes" to things in foreign countries? In the U.S. we like to call stuff like that "Redneck Engineering". Basically, yeah, it kind of works but....no.
Should I be laughing at these videos or not?
