What is considered a normal number of deaths in the family that one experiences while growing up?
Post Body

Between the ages of 8-10 years old, my grandfather, father and 10 year old neighbor all died of various cancers. My grandmother died of lung cancer a year prior. By the age of 16, my girlfriend's twin sister died in a car accident, and that is just up to age 16.

Does that seem like an excessive number of deaths to experience growing up? or is it just a part of growing up?
