How is breast cancer so dangerous?

I understand cancers like lung and kidney cancer, those are vital organs so we really can’t have anything go wrong. I enjoy boobies, but they’re not a vital organ. I’m sympathetic to those who have lost loved ones, I just want to understand the why. What happens that makes it deadly?
