Had an interesting slack exchange at work with a coworker of the opposite sex. Asking if anyone thinks this was/is flirtatious or has other intentions in general. In summary:

Was asked to join a quick call but was in another meeting. Saw in the other channel that they said I was “tied up” - now this project has been stressful and this other person and I get along really well and vent to each other. So I quoted “tied up” into our private chat and said “yea, around my neck and hanging from the rafters”, they responded “I hope it is with silk ties”

To me this is flirtatious/sexual in nature (admittedly I kinda hope it is but…I suck at reading into this stuff).

So verdict? Innocent slack banter or “meet me in the store room?”
