TLDR: What do you do with your turkey when it's ready a few hours before its gonna get eaten?

To give a bit of an explanation, I'm making a 20lb turkey (I've only ever made 10lb & less) and on the packaging it says itll take 3.5 - 4hours to bake but if I go based off of the 20min per pound rule then it's closer to 7 hours.

To make sure there's enough time to bake it thoroughly I'm putting it in the oven at 9am to be done latest 3-4pm and it will get eaten around 5pm.

If the turkey only takes around 3.5 to 4 hours then it'd be ready by 1ish and would be sitting for about 4 hours.

What do you do with the bird during this time? Do I cover it with foil? Leave it on top of the stove to stay warm? On the counter?

I wouldn't want it to either get cold or over cook ir I leave it on top of the stove covered to stay warm.

Won't it continue cooking when tightly covered?
