Any cosmetic surgery to remove height?

I have hear quite a bit about how cosmetic leg lengthening is used to increase people’s height artificially. But is there any cosmetic surgery that does the opposite - to remove one’s height. For example, let’s say someone who was 7 feet tall wanted to be shorter; could part of their legs be removed for that purpose?
