Hello everyone! As a part of my fitness and better eating journey For September I am wanting to eat the same thing every day for the entire month.
Now- this doesn’t mean I won’t have variety, my wife is an amazing cook and loves making dinner. I also don’t expect her to follow the same routine I want to do. So I will be having whatever she makes for dinner as a portion of my dinner meal.
What I would like to have your feedback on is what you would recommend every day. For a gauge, I am 26, 180 pounds, and I workout (CrossFit) 5 days a week. I play basketball and pickleball and other things probably 1-3 days a week on top of the gym.
I’m looking to fill my body with the best nutrition I can every single day so my routine would look something like this:
(Pre-workout and creatine before gym) Post workout meal: Whey protein, 2% Milk
Breakfast
Lunch
Snack
Dinner
What do I need to make sure I get all the nutrients needed for the day? I hope to take parts of each response and make a plan, and then send my feedback after. Thanks!
