Why are companies ending remote work?
Post Body

Iโ€™ve noticed a LOT of posts all over Reddit and articles on the web about all sorts of companies ending the remote work that was set up during COVID. Why are they doing this when itโ€™s been proven that remote work in a lot of industries is more efficient and more productive? Iโ€™m not necessarily on one side or the other because my skill set necessitates me being present (aircraft maintenance). It just seems to me that if someone can do their job in their underwear from home more efficiently and be happier while doing it, why would you want to stop that?
