Kind of a weird question about selling and shipping a car

Hey guys I’m selling a car to somebody a few states over and they are setting my car up to be shipped to them, but I am having a hard time finding out a safe way to set it up where the money is guaranteed and the transaction is safe for both of us, we were talking about letting him know when the shipping people arrive and then him wire transferring the money to me, is there a safer way to do a transaction like this? I just don’t know what to do in this situation
