If time is continuous and not discrete, doesn't the warping of time near a black hole break the second law of thermodynamics?

If it is discrete the amplitude of energy is finite in each frame of reference, but if it's continuous wouldn't any sort of stretching need an infinite amount of energy to maintain amplitude?
