Is CyberArk a productivity monitoring software (tracking of software/internet usage, active time, keystrokes, etc.) or is it a simple security software for companies?
Post Body

I have been experiencing what I believe to be discrimination at my job due to my chronic illness and my newly discovered cancer. HR allowed me to work from home for my disability accommodation then suddenly made me jump through all these hoops to allow me to work from home again. Then suddenly changed their mind and took away all my accommodations. Then the next day went back and gave them back. But my boss is still 100% against me wfh. He refuses to accommodate me if I wfh. He will actually cancel any meetings we have instead of simply adding a virtual conference so that I can join. He has told me many times that better, real work is done in the office...but will let my coworker wfh or leave halfway in the day for his kids. But gives me shit when I have an autoimmune disorder and cancer... There's a lot of other terrible things that they have done, but it's a whole rabbit hole.

Anyway, tldr - they were really shady today and while I am wfh tried to remote access in and install CyberArk. Saying it's a security software update. But they had to download and install it, so it's a new program. When they installed it, they were moving around windows to hide things. It may be a true security update, but I have lost all trust in them. Is this simply a security program or is it a program that can monitor what I do while using the laptop, such as productivity behavior markers, internet usage, etc.?
