Is two phones one shared number / sim possible with a cloned sim?

I sell cars and would turn one phone off during work hours and immediately turn the work one off after but ideally have the same sim and same address book just different content on each phone
For example I take pics of vins and miles all day on one phone and use work Apps and stuff and the other I am personal and has nsfw stuff not Particularly nudes but stuff Iād prefer not on work phone
