I'm very skinny aside from the front of my belly. Is this specifically from my lack of ab exercises, or indicative of something else? I eat fairly little, though have a decently high ratio of sugar to non-sugar in what I do eat. I'm often tired, but I work a fast paced kitchen job, which at least contributes. Generally sedentary outside of work. I have a drink maybe once or twice a week.
Any thoughts are welcome, just like to check in on myself sometimes. I'm not looking to transform my body, just make sure I'm at least not at risk of anything
