Imagine a person born without the ability to see, hear, taste, smell, feel, no vestibulary or proprioceptive sensation etc.
Because they were born this way, they've had no experience of seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, or feeling anything.
My question is, can this person still be capable of having an inner subjective experience? Is there something that it is like for this person to be? Are they still be able to produce thoughts? What would they think about? Is this situation different from being "unconscious," like being in a dreamless sleep or under anaesthetia?
