Are black boxes for cars a thing? Could they be?
Post Body

Was wondering if they’d be of any use to determine direction and speed, especially in a crash or if they find the vehicle of a person who’s missing, for example. AFAIK, black boxes don’t record location, so maybe security wouldn’t be a concern? Maybe they’re stupid expensive?
