Why can't i seem to find/buy any of the new House Va'ruun apparel/armors?

I've gone to every vendor in Dazra and have completed a handful of the main quests, yet i've not encountered anything but spacesuits (mainly helmets) and lab coats.
Anyone have any tips on where to find stuff!?!
