Yes, I know I'm stupid but I can't seem to figure out how to use the dozen or so powers. I'm on my first playthrough level 135 and I've tried everything I can think of, everything Youtube describes, and everything Reddit (so far) describes but none of my powers do anything at all. I have them favorited and like everything else favorited they don't work the same was as Medpacks or weapons etc. One commenter on here said they are activated byboth shoulder buttons simultaneously but that doesn't work either. So,if you please, dispense with the eye rolling and calling me stupid and give me some guidance. I love this game butso much of it is not intuitive and has no guidance at all. Help!
