Just please be mindful of yourself and your mental health while doing this. If you're more irritable, finding it difficult to focus (more than usual), finding it harder to fall or stay asleep, or having other signs/symptoms of increased stress, stop doing the challenge. It's only a couple days in so it may not have hit yet, but just be aware.
Take care of yourselves first! This is just for fun, don't let something that's supposed to be fun bring you down or hurt you mentally.
