Help needed finding combat frigates

I recently got my freighter and have started building my fleet. However for some reason, I can’t find good combat frigates. I have searched in systems with T2 and T3 economies, T1 to T3 conflict zones, and belonging to all 3 races, but system fleets mostly have trader and support frigates and a few explorer and industrial ones. I have rarely encountered combat frigates, and the ones I did were awful. Does anyone have any tips to finding combat frigates? I don’t care about colors or race, I just want to get a few of them for my fleet.
