Patterns in Time quest line

Is anyone else experiencing a problem advancing this quest? I’m stuck at “ complete contracts for the gel 1/2”.
I’ve done probably twelve of the mission board quests and it won’t advance.
Is this a known problem or am I just an unlucky one? Any helpful info would be much appreciated!
Edit: I have played the game since launch, I know it has to be for the “gek” and not the guilds and etc. I started a new game after the 3.0 update. thanks for trying though guys!
