Can't transfer PS4 saves to PS5

I'm trying to transfer my PS4 save data to the PS5 version but the option to upload the save data isn't there, like it says it should be on this website.

There just isn't an option.
I've been trying to troubleshoot online and somebody said they removed this feature but I can't find any verification of that. Any insight or help would be appreciated.
