Lately I spend most of my NMS time messing around in bytebeat. I suck at it but I love it, it is so fun!

Im a little frustrated that I can't easily make a mp3 of the crap I make so I can play it on my phone or so. I mean NMS > OBS studio > VLC media player works but is kinda kludgy.

Does anyone know if hello games plans to release bytebeats separately? I asked hello games but I think they are hard at work trying to make our stuff not disappear from refiners.

Alternately, does anyone know of another (synth? mixer? idk?) almost exactly like bytebeat? I know there are tons of things like garage band, zynthian, fruit loops but those have extra things I don't want. I love how simple and limited bytebeat is, if that makes any sense. Something where all the sounds are simple and you can edit the waveform. Thanks!
